Webelos Experience 2009

We had a very memorable campout for the webelos that made it. As Jack said many times on Saturday, this Webelos Experience really was an EXPERIENCE.
For those of you that weren’t there - Outside all day, wind chill in the low 20s, no fires, they ran out of hot chocolate. Priceless.
On a lighter note, the program was really good…lots to See and Do (real race cars and a driver, RC planes and helicopters, practice plane landings, AND a landing and take-off of an army or marine helicopter, plus a tank and other vehicles to climb on).
Every Webelos activity pin had a station, and some very fun games (my favorite was “blanket volleyball”). Cool stuff.
For those of you that are not yet Webelos...your going to want to do this experience when it comes back around (every 2 years). Just hope for nicer weather!
