I am starting to add information to this den page so if you need more info just let me know
Great idea if you are traveling over the holidays.
Have your Webelos do the following and they will have completed the Traveler Activity Pin (can be counted towards their Webelos 1 badge).
Have your Webelos do the following:
- Go with you!! (yes, if you are traveling by motorized transport that counts as one of the requirements!)
- Pack their own bags
- Figure out what it costs per mile for the trip you took.(Don't forget to include getting back to your starting point!)
- Check the first aid kit in the family car to see if it contains what is needed. Explain what you found
- With the help of your parent, use a map site on the Internet to plan a trip from your home to a nearby place of interest. Download and/or print the directions and street map showing how to go from your home to the place you chose.
