Scouts and parents of Minneapolis Cub Scout Pack 110 and to anyone trying to learn more about us...welcome!
Pack 110 was formed in the 1930's, just a handful of years after Cubscouts started. We are sponsored by Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church which is located at 5025 Knox Avenue South in Minneapolis. Along with Troop 110, the Pack has a proud heritage of helping four generations of boys become the best they can be. Happy Scouting!
Scout News Flash
We had a great time at our Spring campout at Taylors Falls. The weather, activities and food were fantastic. Thanks to Troop 110 for buying and preparing the food and for organizing the activities. Thanks to Scott Weiler for organizing the cubs.
Our next event is our June picnic and boat race on Friday, 6/5 at 6:30 pm at the Mt. Olivet courtyard (east side of the church). Please bring one food item to share. We will race our boats after we eat. Every type of boat will work except one with a motor Please see the link to "Photos from past Scouting trips" for some photos of boats in previous years. Scouts will drop their boats into the Minnehaha creek from the Knox Ave. bridge. An adult will stand downstream, determine first, second and third place finishers and collect all boats. The scouts can continue to race "for fun". We will also give awards for boat design. Hope to see you there.
